About Bev Rosen

President Bev Rosen, MSW (University of North Carolina), MBA (Johns Hopkins University), has more than 25 years of experience motivating, counseling, training and consulting with individuals, groups and organizations. She is a well-recognized leader in corporate and nonprofit human services, training and program management. She has an exceptional combination of clinical skills, diverse training expertise and business experience. Her skills enable her to be a collaborative problem-solver and strategic facilitator in corporate, health care and community-based settings.

Bev's past experience focused on employee assistance, managed behavioral health care, clinical program development, administration, organizational and managerial consultation and customized wellness training in health and mental health settings. Now she provides organizational training for many employee assistance companies in addition to over 400 private businesses, municipalities, school systems, colleges, hospital systems, financial institutions, technical firms and nonprofit organizations.
